Submission requirements


Dear authors,

When preparing your papers, please adhere to the following requirements:

Requirements for papers to be accepted for review:

1)  Download the conference paper template provided in Paper submission

2)  Follow all the requirements for text, figures, tables and references presented in the template! Papers that do not follow the standard conference template and fail to meet the submission requirements will not be considered for review

3)  Each paper must have the following structure: Introduction, Overview of the main points and why a new solution is needed, Detailed description of the proposed method/approach/solution, Testing and results, Conclusion.

4)  Each paper must be at least 4 pages long and not longer than 6 pages.

5)  In the case of paper(s) longer than 6 pages, an additional fee of EUR 25.00 will be charged for each additional page up to page 8.

6)  Papers containing more than 8 pages will not be accepted for review.

7)  The same author/co-author can participate in a maximum of 3 papers.

8)  Once the paper is ready, it must be submitted in PDF format through the conference paper submission system Submit to EasyChair

9)  If you need to edit the content of the paper, do not create a new submission in the EasyChair system, but update the existing pdf file using the standard function in the system.

10) Before being sent for review, all papers will be checked using CrossCheck, and the similarity index with other publications must not exceed 30%.

Requirements for papers accepted for participation in the conference:

11) For each paper accepted for publication, the author(s) will receive a notification from the EasyChair system.

12) After acceptance notification, author(s) must transfer the copyright to IEEE via the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). Additional instructions will be sent to the author(s).

13) To prepare the presentation(s), author(s) should download the presentation template provided in Paper submission

14) Papers that are accepted for publication but not presented at the conference will not be published.

15) The final version of each paper must be converted using IEEE PDFeXpress. Additional instructions will be sent to the author(s).

16) To qualify for the reduced registration fee of EUR 150, you must provide documentation confirming that all co-authors are PhD students.
